Notes for premium settle

The credit card must belong to the policyholder or insured. You need to show identification documents when making a credit card payment for verification and records.
Use Chow Tai Fook Life Life Card (BEA Co-branded Card) , American Express, JCB Card, VISA Card or Mastercard to pay the initial premium. They cannot be used to pay renewal premium and levy, deposit for change, subsequent lump sum investment or loan repayments.
Payments are only accepted in Hong Kong dollars. Currency conversion may be required if the policy currency is not Hong Kong dollars or the credit card account currency is not Hong Kong dollars.
Each successful payment transaction with a VISA/MasterCard credit card issued outside Hong Kong is subject to an additional "Overseas Payment Administration Fee," which may not be refunded in the event of a premium refund. In addition, individual banks may set different single transaction limits and daily cumulative transaction limits. Please check with your bank for details.
Acting in your best interests, we only accept payments from the policyholder's or the insured's account. Unless under specific conditions, payments made by a third-party or any other accounts are NOT accepted.
