Payment Channels
"The cash payment is limited to policyholders and is applicable for the initial premium of new policies, renewal premiums, or policy changes.
Cash payments must be accompanied by identification documents for identity verification and record-keeping purposes."
If Policyowner visit our Cashier offices in person to make cash payments, the maximum acceptable amount per modal premium in cash is US$ 15,000 (up to the due amount whichever is lower), or equivalent in HKD / RMB banknotes.
Important Notes
- The following currencies are accepted:
HKD USD RMB Coins $1/$2/$5/$10 Not Accepted Not Accepted Notes Accepted No Change Allowed No Change Allowed - All dollar notes that are damaged or defective will be rejected.
- All dollar notes rejected by the Counterfeit Money Detector will not be accepted. In case of dispute, CTF Life reserves the right of final decision.
- The payment amount should be equal to the due amount or maximum amount per day, whichever is lower.
- Only payments made in HKD or policy currency will be accepted:

Unless under some specific conditions, payments made by a third party or any other accounts are NOT accepted.
